2. Data we process

Contact and billing details (name, email, address, company, tax ID when provided).
Subscription and payment metadata (plan, amount, transaction reference — we do not store full card numbers).
Data you enter in Apium (inventory, documents, customers, HACCP records, etc.).
Technical data (IP address, browser type, server logs, session security).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the Apium service, issue invoices, process payments, ensure security, and comply with law (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent where required under GDPR).

4. Processors

Stripe — card payments;
Minimax — invoicing where applicable;
Hosting provider — application and database storage (EU/Slovenia).

5. Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. We use HTTPS, tenant-isolated databases, PIN access, and backups. You may request export or deletion subject to legal limits.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact info@apium.top. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).

7. Cookies

The marketing site does not use analytics cookies. The app uses essential session cookies. The payment page may use Stripe cookies as described in Stripe’s policy.
